Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation terms carefully before completing your purchase.

✅ In-Stock Orders

• Cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of placing the order.

• After this window, the order may already be processed and shipped, so cancellation is no longer possible.

• If you've changed your mind after the cancellation window, you may be eligible for a return once the item is delivered (see our [Return Policy]).

🔁 Pre-Order Items

• Pre-orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

• After 24 hours, pre-orders are considered confirmed and locked in for production.

• We do not offer cancellations beyond this window, as your item is custom-ordered with our supplier.

🔄 Subscription / Recurring Orders (if applicable)

• Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime before the next billing date via your account dashboard.

• Orders that have already been processed or shipped are not eligible for cancellation.
