Refund policy

At Fashion Football, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:
✅ The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
✅ The return is requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
✅ The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake.

Returns will NOT be accepted if:
❌ The item has been worn, washed, or altered.
❌ The return is requested after 14 days of delivery.
❌ The item was purchased on clearance, final sale, or a pre-order (unless faulty).

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:
1. Email us at info@fashionfootballau.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
3. Send the item back to our return address (customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty).
4. Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange.

3. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection.

If you prefer, we can issue a store credit instead of a refund.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Pre-orders, clearance, and final sale items are not eligible for refunds.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
